I've aged...

...six months or so since I've been able to blog. Not that I haven't been reading some of my favorites or writing on the outside, but it's been a really busy six months, and at least another really busy two weeks before it all slows way down.

Being the PTA President this year has been a good thing. Definitely kept me busy, that's for sure. And now, it looks like I'll be doing it again next year. Through a convoluted set of circumstances, I've agreed to do it again next school year. I promised Keith that I would cut back on all the other things I do at school (cafeteria, library, etc.) and just work on this. We'll see how well I can keep that promise.

April and May have been busy where the kids are concerned. Concerts, dance recitals, birthday parties, field trips, it just keeps going. There is no end. And I think I'm lucky, my kids are still young, I know it must just get worse from here.

Vacation is in sight! Our Disney Cruise is less than three weeks away, and not a moment too soon. We pulled out the suitcases this weekend, making sure they're up to the task of lugging too much overpriced but still necessary reminders of our vacation.

Promise to keep writing -- except for cruise time.
